Prospective presenters should note that the cancellation of registration must be submitted within 2 weeks (September 03, 2020) after receiving the abstract assessment; otherwise they are obliged to pay the full registration fee.Registered presenters withdrawing from the conference are subject to removal from the program including the academic registration and the conference volume.
Virtual presentation fee: 55 € + VAT.
The fee includes the publication of an accepted paper in the electronic conference proceedings.

The invoice request form has to be sent no later than the date of the transfer (all of the participant is required).
The invoice with your billing information cannot be modified afterwards.
